Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing accurately.
• Promote bank products and refer to sales staff as needed.
• Verify endorsements, manage funds, and balance daily transactions.
• Update customer contact information and adhere to privacy requirements.
• Identify risks and escalate issues to management; support branch team meetings.
