Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1–3 years banking or cash handling experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Intermediate MS Office and Outlook skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a positive service experience in person or by phone.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing accurately.
• Promote bank products and refer customers to sales staff as appropriate.
• Verify endorsements, ensure funds availability, and issue receipts for transactions.
• Maintain accurate customer contact information and protect confidentiality.
• Adhere to risk and regulatory standards and escalate issues as needed.
• Support branch colleagues and participate in team meetings.
