Interra Credit Union seeks a Member Consultant I to operate a full-service teller window, process daily transactions, and cross-sell banking products. The role is part of a Consultant Pool, floating to multiple branches across Region Three including Hicksville, Auburn, Edgerton and Grabill to support branch staffing needs.

The ideal candidate has completed teller training and maintains a customer-focused, accurate approach to everyday banking tasks.

Formación

• Completed teller training.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the Bank to customers in a courteous, professional manner while processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain customer privacy at all times.
• Receive checks and cash for deposit; verify deposit amounts.
• Cash checks and pay money from accounts with verified signatures and balances.
• Cross-sell products and services to customers.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with answering telephone when needed.
