Qualifications

• Requires 6 months customer service experience (Level I)
• Level II requires 1 year cash handling and customer service in financial services
• Proficient in reading/writing/speaking English
• Able to operate standard office equipment and learn new technologies
• Gains knowledge of bank procedures and compliance with laws
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with customers and provides exceptional service.
• Performs routine paying/receiving duties and maintains a cash drawer within authority limits.
• Promotes bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintains confidentiality of customer information and transactions.
• Complies with policies, procedures, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in branch marketing and sales promotions.
