Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience (Level I).
• 1 year cash handling and customer service in financial services (Level II).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with customers.
• Performs routine paying/receiving duties and maintains cash drawer.
• Promotes and refers bank products/services based on customer needs.
• Maintains confidentiality of customer requests and transactions.
• Follows all policies, procedures, security and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in branch marketing and sales promotions.
• Assists with general branch administrative duties.
