OKCARZ is seeking a Floating Manager to support multiple Florida locations and cover for store managers. You will guide the sales team, assist with customer applications and approvals, and help customers find the right vehicle that fits their needs.

You will structure deals, finalize sales, and lead training sessions while motivating staff to meet goals. A focus on CRM governance, cash handling, and policy compliance is essential to ensure exceptional service across all sites.

• Proven leadership and management experience, automotive preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fully manage the store while covering for the store manager.
• Assist the sales team with customer applications and approvals.
• Guide guests in finding the right vehicle for their needs.
• Structure deals, complete paperwork, and finalize sales.
• Motivate sales teams to achieve goals and lead meetings/trainings.
• Coach and develop staff for continuous improvement.
• Oversee CRM lead distribution, follow-up, and audits.
• Maintain top-tier customer service and satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions and provide home office support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
