Job summary

GASP! (Georgia After School Program) is seeking a Site Floating Director for Gwinnett County elementary schools. You’ll lead an engaging after-school program from 2:30-6:30 PM, ensuring safety, fun, and structured activities while supervising staff and maintaining a clean, organized space per guidelines.

The role requires energy, passion for children, and prior leadership/administration experience. 21+ years old and reliable transportation are preferred; generous benefits include paid training

Qualifications

• Must be energetic, dynamic, and ready to take charge.
• Must have a passion for working with children.
• Must have prior experience in staff leadership, administration, and working with kids.

Responsibilities

• Lead the after-school program and ensure child safety and engagement.
• Manage daily tasks, setup/teardown, and maintain organized spaces.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and school staff.
