Job summary

GASP! (Georgia After School Program) is seeking a Floating Assistant Director to lead an on-site after-school program at Social Circle Elementary, 2:30–6:30 PM, 25 hours weekly. You will supervise daily operations, ensure kids' safety, and coordinate activities with the team.

We provide training, equipment, and a structured, supportive environment. Join a state-licensed program with on-site and online paid training and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be energetic, dynamic, and ready to take charge.
• Must have a passion for working with children.
• Must have prior experience in staff leadership, administration, and working with kids.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the after-school program.
• Ensure safety and engaging activities from 2:30–6:30 PM.
• Maintain clean, organized spaces per guidelines.
• Coordinate with site director and staff.
