Qualifications

• Two or more years’ café/restaurant leadership experience.
• Ability to train and coach café team members.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work open, mid, and close shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead cafe teams to deliver excellent customer service.
• Coach and train staff, provide feedback and assessments.
• Cover PIC role when needed and assist Café Manager.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Ensure food safety and operating standards.
