You’ll work on preventive maintenance, assist with snow removal and on-call shifts, and contribute to a home-like atmosphere across the community with reliable, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or property management helpful.

• Comfort with on-call shifts and snow removal duties when needed.

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community running smoothly. That means:

• Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Getting empty homes move‑in ready
• Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
• Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
