Berger Communities is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Toftrees Apartments in State College, PA. The role keeps our community running smoothly with proactive maintenance and responsive service to residents.

Hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with on-call rotation roughly once every five weeks. Pay starts at $20–$23/hour, plus bonuses, benefits, and a 20% rent discount at Berger communities starting Day 1.

• Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Getting empty homes move-in ready
• Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts

Location: State College, PA.

Type: Full-time

Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. This position also participates in an on-call rotation approximately one week every fifth week.
