Berger Communities in Norristown, PA is seeking a Service Technician for Plymouth Pointe Apartments. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to keep our community running smoothly and provide friendly, professional service to residents.

This full-time on-site role features an on-call rotation, a starting pay of $21–$23 per hour with bonuses, tuition assistance, a 401(k) with company match, and a 20% rent discount at Berger communities from Day 1.

Responsibilities

• Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Getting empty homes move-in ready
• Keeping grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
• Joining on-call shifts and snow removal as needed

Monday through Friday with on-call responsibilities.
