Job summary

Berger Communities is hiring a Floating Service Technician for our properties in New Britain and Allentown, PA. Our Maintenance Technicians fix and maintain apartments and common areas, ensuring move-in readiness and a high-quality resident experience.

You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to service requests, assist with snow removal, and participate in on-call rotations while contributing to a people-first culture and opportunities for growth.

• Getting empty homes move-in ready
• Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
