Job Requirements of the Floating Apartment Assistant Maintenance Technician:

• Maintenance experience in the apartment community industry is REQUIRED
• HVAC License is REQUIRED
• Experience with Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair, Pools, and General Maintenance
• Assist with completing service requests, make readies, and upgrading apartments
• Assist with various projects as assigned by the Lead Maintenance Technician
• Willingness to be on call as per schedule and alternate schedule
• Provide own tools and have reliable transportation

Working Environment:

• The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit. Occasionally, they must reach with arms, hands, and fingers; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and smell. They may need to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds individually and up to 100 pounds with assistance devices such as dollies, hand trucks, or additional persons. The work environment is typically outdoors, with occasional off-site tasks.
