Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years teller and/or new accounts experience preferred.
• Sales and service mindset; able to work in a team.
• Excellent computer, typing, and math skills required.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between the teller line and the customer service desk.
• Provide superior customer service based on Service Beyond Expectations.
• Perform routine banking transactions (deposits, checks, payments, etc.).
• Open Consumer and Business Bank Accounts including loans and deposits.
• Assist clients with accounts, online/mobile services, debit cards, and related tasks.
• Open CDARS and IRA accounts/transactions.
• Contribute to sales/referral goals by identifying opportunities.
• Follow policy, procedures, and security controls.
• Accurately complete information on systems to mitigate exposure.
