Job summary

Kid's Castle in Kenosha is seeking a full-time floater teacher to support all age groups from Infants through PreK. A high school diploma or GED is required, with background checks successfully completed. Prior childcare experience and Registry Level 3 strongly preferred.

The position offers Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm shifts with compensation of $15–$16 per hour, depending on education and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more, with a family-oriented workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher with all classroom aspects in line with the center’s philosophy and goals.
• Implement activities to support growth in emotional, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
• Take direction, accept feedback, and make improvements for program quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all children.
• Establish a professional rapport with families to provide quality care.
• Demonstrate ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and work around small children.

Required Shift: Monday - Friday, Full-time, 9am-6pm

Compensation: $15-16/hr, based on education and experience
