Job summary

Child Care Resources Inc in Monroe, WI is seeking a float teacher to cover breaks and prepare lessons. Hours are 9-5, Monday through Friday, providing an opportunity to support multiple classroom environments and ages.

Responsibilities include communicating with parents and staff, observing child development, and maintaining materials while following lead lesson plans. Must have a high school diploma and ECE coursework or equivalent, with 240 hours in an early childhood setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma or its equivalent as determined by Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
• Two non-credit department approved courses in early childhood education or two courses for credit in early childhood education or its equivalent prior to assuming the position and get enrolled in the next available credential program or associate degree program.
• Must have at least 240 hours of experience in early childhood setting.
