Job summary

Kid's Castle in Kenosha is seeking full-time Lead and Assistant Teachers for our Infant and PreK classrooms. Compensation ranges from $17 to $17.50 per hour, based on experience and education. Shift: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. Location: 4211 Green Bay Rd., Kenosha.

Requirements include a Level 6 or higher on the WI Registry and experience in a licensed childcare setting. We value growth, safety, and on-the-job training in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• WI Registry Level 6 or higher required.
• Experience in a licensed childcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assistant teachers will participate in day-to-day classroom management.
• Create learning moments and adventures for infants and PreK children.
• Build relationships with parents through regular communication.
• Mentor and coach assistant teachers to strengthen classroom teams.
• Share in the joy of creating memorable learning moments.
