Job summary

Waterfall Community Health Center is seeking a Floater Patient Services Representative to join a team-based primary care clinic serving insured and uninsured clients. The role emphasizes removing barriers to care and delivering patient-centered service.

You will handle registration, scheduling, billing inquiries, and coordination across multiple clinics. Strong communication, organization, and basic computer skills are essential to ensure excellent patient experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in health care or customer service is preferred.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and basic data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient registration and scheduling needs.
• Enter patient information into the EPIC EHR system.
• Answer high-volume calls and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing questions.
• Provide good faith estimates to patients before appointments.
• Schedule and/or cancel patient appointments.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
