Job summary

ConcordRENTS in Florida seeks a Maintenance Technician - Floater to service multifamily properties, handling repairs across interiors and exteriors, including painting, plumbing, electrical and appliance work. The role supports curb appeal and resident comfort.

You will perform grounds maintenance, irrigation checks, and respond to service requests with a focus on safety and quality, including on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge required.
• CPO and EPA certifications may be required or provided within six months of hire.
• English language proficiency required for safety and productivity.
• 1+ year(s) of related maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs in apartments and amenities as per requests and schedules.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces, fixtures, and common areas.
• Maintain grounds, clean exteriors, and address curb appeal.
• Inspect and service pool/deck surfaces and ensure safe operation.
• Check and repair irrigation systems and landscape features.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks (filters, detectors, bulbs).
• Assist with moving appliances and conduct move-in/move-out inspections.
• Stay on-call for after-hours, nights, and weekends.
