Responsibilities

• On-the-Floor Coverage: 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM on management days.
• Acting Manager: two days a week, covering manager shifts.
• Availability: 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM with shift flexibility.
• Weekend Support: cover at least one weekend day.
• Shift Coverage: fill open shifts or coordinate with staff to ensure coverage.
• Manager Substitution: cover manager shifts when unavailable.
• Management Pool: participate in shared coverage across locations.
• Meetings: attend management meetings and weekly location meetings.
• Block Schedules: home-location only for block schedules.
