Job summary

Jet's Pizza in Charlotte is seeking an assistant manager who can step in when a manager isn't present and support daily operations in a fast-paced setting. You will help open/close, train staff, take orders, and ensure excellent service.

Ideal candidates are reliable, communicative, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage labor, handle cash, and support inventory and loss prevention. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Polite, reliable, patient, hard-working and ethical.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing duties.
• Create and manage employee schedules.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Oversee the work of all staff and manage labor.
• Take orders and process payment.
• Assist with training and mentoring new employees.
• Assist with profit and loss management by following cash control procedures.
• Maintain inventory.
