Job summary

MVHC is seeking a Float LPN/MA/MST to join our Urgent Care team. This full-time role will float to multiple locations, providing skilled direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision and adhering to infection control policies.

Requirements include Ohio LPN license, accredited PN program, pharmacology course, CPR certification, immunizations, and strong communication and computer skills. You will participate in a wide range of clinical duties and support patient flow and care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and PN program completion.
• Current non-restricted Ohio LPN license and pharmacology coursework.
• CPR certification and ability to maintain immunizations as required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to universal precautions and infection control policies.
• Administers medications within scope and performs routine procedures.
• Maintains patient flow, prepares examination rooms, and assists providers.
• Supports documentation, scheduling, and coordination of tests and referrals.
• Ensures cleanliness, sterility of instruments, and accuracy in medical records.
