MVHC is seeking a Float LPN/MA/MST to join the Urgent Care Team in Cambridge. You will provide skilled patient care under RN direction, administer medications, prepare exam rooms, and support physicians and nurses throughout the patient visit.

This full-time role includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within MVHC. Ideal candidates hold an Ohio LPN license, CPR certification, a high school diploma, and completed pharmacology coursework.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Completion of an accredited Practical Nurse program and current non-restricted Ohio LPN license.
• Completion of an approved pharmacology course.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Up-to-date immunizations as required by MVHC.
• Good written and oral communication skills; basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications within scope under RN supervision.
• Perform routine patient procedures (vital signs, basic labs) per nursing/provider direction.
• Prepare examination rooms and maintain supplies.
• Assist with pap tests, pelvic exams, procedures and dressings.
• Schedule tests, referrals, and obtain prior authorizations.
• Document in EMR and maintain accurate medical records.
