Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience is preferred.
• Satisfactory completion of teller training.
• Good oral communication skills are essential.
• Ability to use basic math and operate standard office equipment (calculator).

Responsibilities

• Performs accurately routine teller transactions in a professional and courteous manner.
• Balances processed transactions daily.
• Cross-sells Credit Union products and directs members to appropriate departments.
• Attends training sessions as requested and mandated by the Credit Union.
• Adheres to Credit Union policies and regulations while enhancing member experience.
• Other duties as requested by management.
