People’s Credit Union seeks a dependable Teller to deliver exceptional member experiences across multiple Rhode Island branches. You will perform routine transactions, balance deposits and withdrawals, and support cross-selling of Credit Union products to members.

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to assist members.
• Basic math proficiency for handling cash and balancing transactions.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and calculator accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Performs accurately routine Teller transactions for Credit Union products and services in a professional manner.
• Balances processed transactions daily to ensure accuracy.
• Cross-sells Credit Union products and directs members to appropriate departments.
• Attends training sessions and seminars as requested by supervisor and mandated by the Credit Union.
• Adheres to Credit Union policies and demonstrates core values in member interactions.
• Performs other duties as requested and ensures compliance with regulations.
