Life Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a Float Team Supervisor/Health Coordinator to manage ISL and Group Home operations, oversee DSP staff, and coordinate with intake for staffing needs.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a dynamic community-living environment. The position emphasizes maintaining high-quality services, staff training, and collaboration with guardians and service coordinators to support individuals served.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills both orally and in written form.
• Must have ability to use computer and other electronic equipment.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle for transporting individuals served.
• Must have at least three years of employment in a similar setting with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to new Team Supervisors and DSPs.
• Coordinate staffing needs with Intake Team for new individuals served.
• Manage day-to-day operations of ISL and/or Group Home settings to ensure high quality services.
• Lead program growth and staff development for the Community Living Department.
• Communicate effectively with guardians, service coordinators, and other stakeholders.
