Job summary

CommonSpirit Health's Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown, KY is seeking an RN on our Float/Flex Team to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care, perform skilled assessments, and implement patient care plans in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment.

The role requires KY RN license, BLS; ACLS within 90 days and PALS within 6 months; trauma care readiness. Eligible for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $24,000 in student loan assistance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and KY RN license.
• 1-3 years of RN experience in an acute care facility; CCU/Telemetry preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days; PALS within 6 months; trauma care readiness.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments and determines care needs.
• Completes system-based and hospital competencies.
• Documents observations, treatments, and responses in the plan of care.
• Collaborates with patients and families to plan and direct care.
• Assesses and administers medications safely and accurately.
• Delegates routine technical functions to staff as appropriate.
