Job summary

Saint Joseph Hospital - Bardstown is seeking an RN to join our Float/Flex Team, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that improves patient outcomes. You will perform assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include Kentucky RN license and 1-3 years in acute care; CPR, ACLS, PALS, and Trauma NCP within specified timelines. Eligible for sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and student loan assistance up to $24,000.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current KY RN license.
• 1–3 years RN experience in acute care; CC/Telemetry experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR required; ACLS, PALS, and TNCC within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Conducts care assessments and interprets data to determine needs.
• Maintains accurate documentation of observations, treatments, and responses.
• Delivers care per plan, collaborates with families and team, and delegates tasks as appropriate.
