Bon Secours Mercy Health in the Richmond market is seeking an RN for the Richmond Float Pool, covering St. Mary’s Hospital, St. Francis Medical Center, Richmond Community Hospital, Memorial Regional Medical Center, and Southside Medical Center.

Float RNs work across Med Surg, Telemetry, and Behavioral Health units, providing care across multiple sites. The role offers 36 hours weekly with self-scheduling, day or night shifts, and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Two+ years RN experience in Behavioral Health (BH) and Medical-Surgical (MS).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide advanced treatment and care to patients with complex diagnoses.
• Evaluate and revise plan of care to achieve outcomes.
• Administer medications safely per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
