Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System in Boise seeks RN float pool nurses to support Medical, Surgical and Emergency services across three locations (Boise, Meridian, Nampa) and additional sites. Full-time or part-time days or nights with self-scheduling.

You’ll gain exposure to diverse units, with a 10% differential after orientation and a sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance. The role offers professional development and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing Degree.
• Experience: 1 year RN experience; Med/Surg/ED preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure; BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide float coverage across Medical, Surgical and Emergency Room units.
• Support three units/skill sets within the ED/Med-Surg service line; may cover additional skills.
• Float between Boise, Meridian, and Nampa locations (and Mountain Home site for Elmore).
• Self-scheduling; unit/location assigned by daily operational needs.
