Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Float Registered Nurse for the inpatient-delnor resource team. The role is full-time nights with a 36-hour weekly schedule, at 0.9 FTE, and an hourly pay range of $37.00 to $59.20.

The position involves floating to various units, providing high-quality care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The RN will work three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 PM–7:30 AM), with every third weekend night and rotating holidays.

Competenze

• BSN required for hospital nursing positions.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration ability.
• Strong analytic abilities.

• Provide nursing care to acutely ill patients using the nursing process.
• Interact with patients and families and coordinate with health team members.
• Develop, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Direct care and manage any nursing assistants involved.
