Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to deliver cost-effective, quality patient care.
• Performs ongoing assessments, formulates diagnoses, plans interventions and evaluates outcomes.
• Documents thoroughly in patient records according to standards.
• Teaches patients and families on pain management, nutrition, skin integrity, falls prevention and discharge instructions.
• Maintains patient safety and confidentiality while contributing to clinical outcomes.
