Qualifications

• RN license in Massachusetts is mandatory.
• BLS, ACLS, and CPR licensure required; CPI certification.
• Prior RN experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver patient education, counseling, and health-maintenance services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care.
• Delegate nursing tasks while maintaining responsibility for outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to clinical, legal, and institutional standards.
