Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and BLS certification.
• Graduate of an approved nursing education program.
• Two years RN experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• BSN degree preferred for enhanced clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and ethical patient care.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and follow department policies.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
