Job summary

Advocate Health in Grafton, WI is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Float Pool. You will rotate through med/surg, progressive care, and other units, delivering safe, patient-centered care and coordinating with the care team.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, compassionate communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced hospital setting. A Wisconsin RN license and BLS are required, with 1–2 years med/surg experience preferred, and full benefits available.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• 1–2 years of med/surg nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, evidence-based treatment.
