Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a float-p pool RN at Mount Auburn Hospital. The role supports Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Step Down, ICU and Emergency Department units, offering broad clinical exposure and higher earning potential through cross-unit assignments.

You will provide compassionate care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to discharge planning while working in state-of-the-art facilities. A 10,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.

Formación

• Must be licensed RN with current state license.
• Minimum 1 year RN staff experience in medical/surgical or telemetry.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide competent nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental and discharge planning.
• Implement care per physician orders and the nursing plan of care, in line with policies and standards.
• Delegate and supervise care by other team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Formulate a discharge plan and set realistic goals with patient and family.
• Document assessments, plans and patient responses accurately in the chart.
• Participate in education, role development and mentoring of facility staff.
