Ideal candidates hold NH RN licensure and BSN preferred, with 1 year of nursing experience and BLS certification. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to patient-centered care daily.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NH Board of Nursing licensure.
• BSN preferred; Basic Life Support required.
• One year of clinical nursing experience; teamwork essentials.

Responsibilities

• Bases nursing actions on organized clinical judgment.
• Gathers and interprets data to plan and intervene for patient needs.
• Develops and revises care plans as patient condition changes.
• Documents care and progress toward outcomes.
• Directs and supervises delegated nursing activities.
• Educates patients and families about plan of care.
• Prepares patients for discharge, transfer, or procedures.
• Manages time and resources to deliver care.
• Administers medications and provides direct patient care.
• Leads the health care team and serves as a shift resource.
• Precepts new employees and participates in duties as assigned.
