Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking experienced RNs to join our RN Premium Float Team, offering exposure to diverse clinical settings across the hospital. The position enables development of skills in medical/surgical and critical care units within a dynamic team environment.

Required: graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with RN licensure in New Hampshire; BLS certification; and at least one year of clinical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, care providers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical judgment to plan and implement patient care.
• Gather data from history and physical assessments and interpret to meet patient needs.
• Develop and revise the plan of care; document progress.
• Direct and supervise delegated nursing activities.
• Educate patients and families about the care plan; prepare for discharge or procedures.
• Manage time and resources to deliver care; administer medications.
• Serve as a resource and preceptor for staff on shift.
