Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care on the Float/Flex Team.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document pertinent patient assessments and care plans.
• Educate patients and families on Pain Management, Nutrition, Skin Integrity, Fall prevention, and Discharge instructions.
• Demonstrate commitment to confidentiality, cost containment, ethical decision-making, and patient safety.
