You will perform skilled assessments, execute care plans, and contribute to positive patient outcomes alongside an interdisciplinary team. The position requires a BSN, BLS/CPR within 14 days, and at least 1 year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) required within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to provide cost-effective, quality patient care.
• Perform ongoing assessments, form diagnoses, plan interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
• Document thoroughly in patient records to meet care standards and legal requirements.
• Educate patients and families on pain management, nutrition, skin integrity, fall prevention, diabetes, and discharge planning.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality while upholding hospital values.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes.
