Job summary

Ent Credit Union is seeking a Float Universal Banker to assist members across branches in the Twin Cities region and via contact centers. You will open and manage accounts, educate members on products, cross-sell services, and build lasting relationships to promote financial well-being.

You will maintain a healthy sales pipeline, refer to financial experts, and ensure risk and compliance practices are followed. Local travel within the Minneapolis-St Paul metro area is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.
• Proven sales skills and 1 year member service or retail banking experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking/credit union regulations preferred.
• Experience recommending products to improve a member's financial position preferred.
• Able to handle fast-paced, sometimes stressful environments while maintaining service quality.
• Must be able to obtain Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) qualifier and related checks.
• Bondable.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with opening new accounts and service requests.
• Cross-sell and refer loans, deposits, and fee income products.
• Build trust and relationships through engagement and consultative approach.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with follow-ups.
• Refer members to financial experts as needed.
• Resolve moderately complex member issues with other departments.
• Exceed sales goals.
• Assist with fraud, deceased accounts, retirement services, and other accounts.
• Support Wings events and community activities.
• Follow risk and compliance processes to protect member assets.
