Responsibilities

• Process cash and check transactions accurately and securely.
• Balance cash drawers throughout shifts and end-of-day.
• Provide exceptional service in person, by phone, and by email.
• Identify customer needs and suggest products or referrals.
• Cross-sell banking products and opportunities to deepen relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services to advise customers.
