Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to travel across facilities within the region and join a compassionate care team serving residents and associates. The role emphasizes assessment-based care, medication administration, and strong communication in English.

We're looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join our compassionate, care-giving team and partner with us to continue our reputation of caring for people's loved ones.

• The RN develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment.


• The RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.


• RN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.


• Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing


• Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care


• Have excellent communication skills


• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English
