Job summary

Benedictine Living in Minnesota is seeking a SC Float Recruiter responsible for campus recruitment and selection, onboarding support, and succession planning for key roles. The role includes coordinating postings, fairs, and screening candidates to ensure a strong candidate experience.

Qualified applicants have at least an Associate’s Degree and 2+ years in HR or Talent Acquisition, with experience using applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and social media for recruiting; travel to Benedictine

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and two or more years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment and onboarding processes.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel to Benedictine communities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates recruitment efforts including sourcing, posting jobs, attending job fairs and maintaining postings on job boards and social media.
• Reviews candidates, conducts phone screens, and schedules interviews with hiring managers.
• Supports onboarding by sharing welcome details with new hires.
• Maintains a positive candidate experience with timely follow‑ups.
• Promotes Benedictine Mission and Core Values in day‑to‑day activities.
