Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a SC Float Recruiter to manage campus recruitment and selection for Benedictine communities. The role also supports onboarding, succession planning, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth talent pipeline.

The position requires experience in HR or Talent Acquisition, with strong computer and ATS/HRIS skills, and willingness to travel. A value-based approach aligned with Benedictine’s Mission is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and two or more years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment and onboarding processes.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, electronic applicant tracking systems and HRIS programs.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record that meets Benedictine’s requirements.
• Ability to travel to Benedictine communities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all recruitment efforts including sourcing of qualified applicants, creating job postings, attending recruitment job fairs, and maintaining company recruitment efforts on various job boards, including social media.
• Reviews all candidates, phone screens viable candidates, and sets up hiring manager interviews for all open positions as assigned.
• Assists with onboarding by communicating new associate welcome details with new hires.
• Maintains an exceptional candidate experience, including timely follow up with candidates.
• Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.
• Performs other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.

Job description

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification
• Experience working with electronic application programs

$27-$29 an hour depending on experience
