Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support clinical service operations. The role handles scheduling, check-in/out, patient communications, and basic clerical tasks in a hybrid Boston environment.
The candidate will manage appointment records, assist with billing forms, and provide support to the registration and billing systems. A CMAA credential is preferred; 2–3 years of office experience is required.
Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under general supervision. Performs basic clerical work and tasks that are repetitive and routine. Administrative duties related to patient visits including scheduling, check-in, check-out duties. Actual job duties may vary by Department.

The pay rate for this position starts at $20.00 per hour, with increases based on the candidate's years of experience.
