Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO is seeking a Float Pool RN for weekend coverage. The role uses the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model to provide patient care across units, while upholding patient rights and confidentiality. You will coordinate with other departments and follow established nursing guidelines.

Education required includes an RN license with a school of nursing degree (AD, Diploma, or BSN). BLS certification is required or completed within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or must complete within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Perform duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards and nursing guidelines.
