Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Adhere to Mercy Service Standards and state nurse practice guidelines.
