Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program (ASN/ Diploma/ BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within the Nursing Professional Practice Model.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain patients' rights and confidentiality under policy and regulations.
• Contribute to Mercy Service Standards and mission.
